How do I collect my water sample?
Follow the step-by-step instructions included in your kit. In general, you'll sanitize the faucet with the included alcohol wipes, run the water for 2-3 minutes, then fill the sample bottles. Seal them tightly and ship them back the same day using the prepaid return label.
How long do I have to ship my sample back?
For the most accurate results, we recommend shipping your sample back within 24 hours of collection. Samples should be kept cool (not frozen) and mailed the same day or next morning for best results.
What happens after I send in my sample?
Once our lab receives your sample, testing begins immediately. You'll get an email confirmation when it arrives and another notification when your results are ready — typically within 3-5 business days. Your detailed report will be available to view and download online.
